• Non-Compliance to maintenance orders by respondents and civil attachment process in terms of section 16(2) and sections 26 to 30 of the Maintenance Act 99 of 1998
• The J306 application for enforcement
• The Maintenance Amendment Act 9 of 2015 and immediate ex parte court orders
• Relief to respondents to rescind or amend emolument attachment orders
• Founding affidavits for applicants requesting civil attachment and immediate orders
• Examples of court orders

The NPA Community Dialogue is a free service provided for the community and the all of the speakers / presenters offer up their spare time at no remuneration.
